General
The HCV series check valve is a cooling element used to freeze Freon system liquid lines, suction lines, and hot gas bypass lines to prevent reverse flow of Freon.
Characteristics
The HCV series check valves use a design that is different from the conventional one-way valves. The original one-way valve relies on the pressure difference of the refrigerant to open the valve plate. When the valve plate is farther away from the valve seat, the required pressure for opening the valve is greater, which will cause a certain pressure loss. The HCV smart magnetic design, when the valve seat away from the valve seat at a certain distance, the required pressure drop. In the new HCV manufacturing process, damage to internal components due to overheating can be avoided.
